BAY AREA/OC/LA/SAN DIEGO HEALTHCARE TRANSACTIONAL ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY

A prestigious law firm with a leading Health Law group is seeking a Healthcare Associate for their San Francisco, Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Diego office. We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for healthcare issues and trends. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory matters, including provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, peer review, medical staff, and medical group matters. Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance are preferred. The annual billables are only 1850hrs, including up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work.
