The San Francisco office of a Prestigious Employment Law Boutique is seeking continued to growth. They are currently looking to hire an Associate Attorney with between 2-7 years of experience defending wage and hour class action cases and/or PAGA actions in California. The attorney(s) that fill this position will be responsible for working directly with employer clients to provide advice and counsel on high-stakes wage and hour matters, drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, drafting discovery and review and analysis of discovery responses, meaningfully participating in and contributing to overall strategy from case inception to completion, taking depositions, performing exposure analysis, attending mediations and engaging in settlement negotiations.

This firm is currently looking for a Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience in wage & hour class actions (including class opposition strategy, fact development, briefing, argument), employment law compliance advice and counseling, litigation (trade secrets and employee mobility), wrongful termination, whistleblowers, and employment discrimination and harassment. Experience in preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts/policies would be ideal. In this position, candidates may also find themselves conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context of corporate M&A transactions. Outstanding research and analytical skills and strong writing skills are imperative.
