SF Corporate/Public Finance Associate

The San Francisco office of a top-ranking law firm wishes to add a junior Corporate Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their Public Finance practice. Candidates from a general corporate background with experience in transactional work, contracts, and more will be considered for this position. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and collaborative team, working closely with senior corporate attorneys.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $210,000 to $240,000. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
