LA/OC/Sac Healthcare Litigation Associate Opportunity
The Los Angeles, Orange County, and Sacramento offices of a Top 200 law firm have requested our assistance with a search for an associate with 6-10 years of Healthcare Litigation experience. This group focuses primarily on healthcare reimbursement, business-to-business, and government investigations. This position will see you representing hospitals and healthcare providers in litigation matters involving shareholder and other corporate disputes, reimbursement lawsuits against major health plans, and multiparty litigation. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience drafting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; negotiating settlements and resolving disputes with opposing counsel; reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to health care litigation; participating in arbitrations, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials; and conducting legal research and staying up to date on health care laws and regulations.
Sacramento Litigation Associate Attorney
The Sacramento office of a Top 200 law firm has requested our assistance with a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 7 years of real estate litigation and commercial litigation experience. A background in UCC Article 9, and receivership law is a plus.
OC/LA SACRAMENTO & BAY AREA EMPLOYMENT LAW MANAGING ASSOCIATE
We have the distinct pleasure of representing an AmLaw 100 firm in search of either an Associate or Managing Associate to join their dynamic Employment group in any of their California offices. Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years of experience working on pre-litigation matters, high-profile single-plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage-and-hour class actions. Experience with Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions, responding to administrative charges, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues, and taking an active role in handling cutting-edge legal matters would be ideal. This position offers the opportunity to assume significant responsibility working directly with corporate clients, manage complex cases, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances at important hearings, argue motions, handle mediations, and other related work typically handled by mid-level associates.
