The California offices of an AmLaw 100 firm has requested our assistance in finding a Tax Associate with 3-5 years of diversified transactional tax experience to reside in their Los Angeles, Century City, Orange County, San Diego, or San Francisco offices. Ideal candidates will have experience in partnership, real estate, and/or corporate work, with excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Candidates must have admission to the CalBar and an LLM is not required, but would be helpful.
