Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years of experience working on pre-litigation matters, high-profile single-plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage-and-hour class actions. Experience with Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions, responding to administrative charges, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues, and taking an active role in handling cutting-edge legal matters would be ideal. This position offers the opportunity to assume significant responsibility working directly with corporate clients, manage complex cases, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances at important hearings, argue motions, handle mediations, and other related work typically handled by mid-level associates.
