LA/OC LABOR & EMPLOYMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE

A global Top 20 Law Firm law has just requested our help with finding candidates for an exciting opportunity. They’re looking for a counseling-focused attorney with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in their Labor & Employment practice for their Los Angeles or Orange County offices. Ideal candidates will primarily provide advice and counseling, as well as policy drafting services to firm clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country. Qualified candidates will have a particular interest in compliance and counseling with strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. A significant wage and hour background is necessary, as the practice includes providing advice and counsel to California, national, and international employers regarding wage and hour law compliance, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, employment agreements, arbitration agreements, and other labor and employment issues. The ability to assess and draft employer handbooks and policies as well as work hand-in-hand with employers to identify and strategize regarding employment law compliance is a must.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $305,000 to $330,000. The salary offered within this range is dependent on qualifications and other operational considerations.
