LA Corporate Associate Opportunity

The Los Angeles office of a Top 200 law firm wishes to add a mid-level Corporate Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Corporate practice. Candidates must know federal securities laws, rules, and regulations. A broad range of experience with corporate transactions, including private offerings of equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters is essential. Experience representing venture capital, growth equity, or private equity firms in fund formations, as well as ongoing investment firm operations matters and compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Act, and other regulatory requirements, is preferred but not required. Ideally, candidates will have experience drafting LLC agreements, LP agreements, and other related documentation. A driven personality, a business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to take on a high level of responsibility are key. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $250,000. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
