OC Corporate/Capital Markets Associate

The Newport Beach office of a top-rated law firm wishes to add a mid-level Corporate Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their Capital Markets practice. Candidates must have experience in securities (including SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, IPOs, and experience with 33 and 34 Act, SEC reports, periodic reporting, proxy statements and registration statements. A driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and ability to take on a high level of responsibilities are key. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and collaborative team, working closely with senior corporate attorneys.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $285,000 to $320,000. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
