We are looking for a driven partner-track Associate to join the dynamic (ERISA) Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practices of both an AM100 and AM200 law firm. They are both seeking someone with 2 or more years of experience with employee benefits (qualified retirement plans and/or health and welfare plans) and/or executive compensation experience (particularly 409A), including in corporate transactions. These firms have atmospheres where you can count on being mentored and coached, collaborating with others, and picking colleagues’ brains to develop as a lawyer. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience.
OC ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY
The Orange County office of a national law firm has requested our assistance to help them find associates who wish to grow within a team-oriented environment.
A focus in civil litigation, insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, and construction matters is ideal. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills as well as experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and handling matters independently.
