• Immediate file-handling responsibility if the candidate is interested.

• Flexible billable hour requirement. 1900 is the preference, but if you do excellent work, that 1900 is not a hard-and-fast rule.

• Solid bonus structure for associates.

A focus in civil litigation, insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, and construction matters is ideal. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills as well as experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and handling matters independently.
