OC SENIOR COUNSEL / PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

The Orange County office of a national law firm has requested our assistance to help them fill multiple lateral senior counsel positions for attorneys who are wishing for a clear path to partnership.

A partner we placed at this firm describes the opportunity as follows:

• Flexibility within office/WFH. 3 days in per week, 2 days remote.

• The ability to work on a variety of matters with different groups.

• The infrastructure of a larger firm given their size with excellent departments like IT, HR, Business Development, etc. without the downside of the big law formality.

• The firm is invested in allowing attorneys at all levels develop their own clients and provide whatever support is needed to grow in that way.
