BAY AREA APPELLATE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY

We have the distinct pleasure of representing an AM100 firm seeking associates for their nationwide Supreme Court & Appellate practice in their Bay Area offices. They are looking for candidates who have both an uncompromising dedication to excellence and a desire to work on high profile cases in a collegial, informal, diverse, and team-oriented environment. Their appellate practice includes a busy docket of bet-the-company and industry-changing appeals as well as a market-leading “appellate eyes at trial” practice, focusing on key motions and issue preservation at the trial court level. The expected salary range starts at $260,000 and goes up depending on class year. There is a second opening for a counsel position for 10+ as well.
