Century City/Orange County Am Law 50 Labor & Employment Associate Opening
An AmLaw 50 full-service law firm is seeking an outstanding associate for their Labor and Employment practice in either their Century City or Orange County office. The firm's L&E practice group advises employers of all sizes on a multitude of matters affecting the workplace.
About the Role:
Ideal candidates will have experience handling single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law including wage and hour class and collective actions. Request for a Hybrid work schedule will be considered.
Qualifications:
• Ideal candidates will have two to four years of Labor and Employment experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) with top grades.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
Responsibilities:
• Strong litigation experience.
• Researching, writing, and arguing motions.
• Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis.
• Ability to take ownership of cases with minimal oversight.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $310,000.
