LA & SF Top 50 Law Firm Labor & Employment Opportunity

A global Top 50 law firm law has just requested our help with finding candidates for an exciting opportunity. They’re looking for an associate attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Labor & Employment counseling for their Los Angeles or San Francisco offices. Ideal candidates will primarily provide compliance advice and counseling, as well as policy drafting services to firm clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills. A keen attention to detail and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career is key.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000. The salary offered within this range is dependent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
