LA/OC Senior Associate or Counsel Life Sciences & Healthcare

The LA and OC offices of an AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel for their Life Sciences & Healthcare practice. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of significant experience with government-facing life sciences/healthcare investigations and/or significant U.S. healthcare compliance and counseling. Additional Regulatory, Medical Device and R&D, along with global and FCPA experience is preferred, but not required. They’re looking for candidates with business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit. This position will also require a consistent commitment to business development and the development of firm client relationships.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $420,000 to $450,000. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
