The Century City office of an AmLaw 100 firm is seeking associates with 3-6 years of Entertainment Law experience to join their Music Law practice group. The position largely consists of music M&A transactions as well as recording agreements, album clearance work, music publishing and administration agreements, music catalog acquisitions and sales, management agreements, joint venture agreements, sponsorship and endorsements, digital licensing, and matters related to copyright and Artificial Intelligence.
