The Century City office of an AmLaw 100 firm is seeking associates with 4-6 years of Entertainment Law experience to join their Media & Finance practice group. Ideal candidates will have experience in representing lenders, borrowers, and other parties to debt and equity financing transactions. The candidate should have strong drafting and negotiating experience in connection with senior secured lending focused on music, film, and TV financings. Strong knowledge of substantive finance, entertainment, and copyright law is ideal. The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range is dependent on qualifications and other operational considerations.
