The Century City office of a Top 200 law firm wishes to add a mid-level Corporate Associate with 4-8 years of Securities experience to join their Corporate practice. Candidates must have significant experience handling Private Equity transactions, a good understanding of corporate law and market terms, and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and effective deal management. A driven personality, a business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to take on a high level of responsibility are key. This role is expected to have significant direct client contact and will offer a great opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop relationships with clients and manage matters with a high degree of independence. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $230,000 to $255,000. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
