An LA-based nationally recognized law firm has openings for two Real Estate Associates. Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in leasing, purchase and sale, and financing transactions. They’re also looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating real estate construction contracts. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $245,000 to $275,000, with a low billable hours requirement of only 1750. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
