Sacramento Litigation Associate Attorney

The Sacramento office of a Top 200 law firm has requested our assistance with a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 7 years of real estate litigation and commercial litigation experience. A background in UCC Article 9, and receivership law is a plus.

The expected pay scale for this position is $230-$285k, with a low client billable hours requirement of 1850/yr and bonus potential of up to $112,500. These figures will depend on the candidate’s years of practice along with experience and performance. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
