The Century City office of an AmLaw 100 firm is seeking associates with 3-6 years of Entertainment Law experience to join their Music Law practice group. The position largely consists of music M&A transactions as well as recording agreements, album clearance work, music publishing and administration agreements, music catalog acquisitions and sales, management agreements, joint venture agreements, sponsorship and endorsements, digital licensing, and matters related to copyright and Artificial Intelligence.
SAN BERNARDINO LITIGATION / TRANSACTIONAL ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY
We have the distinct pleasure of representing a small firm with litigation and transactional practices in search of an associate attorney with 2-5 years of transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in transactional matters and experience. This firm is located in the financial district of San Bernardino and is known for their friendly and team-oriented environment. The minimum billable requirement here is only 1650 hours with some flexibility regarding remote work. The salary range is $ 160K-$230K, with a generous bonus and benefits package. Strong academic credentials and admission to the State Bar of California are required. This firm offers a competitive salary and generous benefits package.
