LA/SD, & BAY AREA EXCLUSIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY

A Top-Tier law firm seeking highly qualified associates for their Los Angeles, San Diego and Bay Area offices. Their IP Litigation practice is seeking to expand the team with qualified patent litigators with a life sciences degree.   

Ideal Candidate: 

• The ideal candidate will be a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.

• Admission to a state bar is required.

• Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework is highly valued.

• Undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry is preferred.  We may consider other related degrees if the level of work experience is significant and compelling.  

• A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.

• Outstanding research and analytical skills are imperative.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are key.

• Sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $260,000 to $365,000. I would love to share more details with you about this opportunity.
