LA/OC JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL LABOR & EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

A global Top 200 Law Firm has just requested our help with finding candidates for an exciting opportunity. They’re looking for a 2nd to 4th-year traditional labor associate to work in their Southern California Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have traditional labor law experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining and union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Additionally, some employment litigation experience is strongly preferred.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $295,000. The salary offered within this range is dependent on qualifications and other operational considerations.
