We have the distinct pleasure of representing an AMLAW 100 firm who currently has an opportunity for an attorney to join their market-leading Technology Companies Group practice open to any of their US Offices. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of relevant experience in a law firm, specifically in private offerings, general venture capital and tech company corporate transactions. They should have experience with or demonstrate a keen interest and passion for crypto blockchain technology and businesses. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. They have been recognized for their extraordinary workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Corporate Law experience in a major law firm. Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal, and written skills along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required. The expected salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $260,000.
