A top tier law firm is looking for a mid-level to senior level healthcare associate with a minimum of 6 years experience in their Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Bay Area offices. The firm’s health care transactions and regulatory team has been directly involved in many of the largest and most sophisticated healthcare transactions, involving a wide variety of deal structures and participants across the industry.

This firm is looking for candidates who have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for healthcare issues. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare transactions, including provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, affiliations, and joint venture transactions for healthcare stakeholders. The firm ideally wants candidates who have demonstrated experience with healthcare industry contracting, state licensure and corporate governance. Additionally, Ideal candidates will have demonstrated regulatory experience in the areas of fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules, managed care, and health care antitrust.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $370,000 – $415,000. The base salary to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience. Additional medical, financial and/or other benefits will be offered dependent on the position.
